Prices include:
- all the consumptions of the apartment (electricity, gas, kitchen and heating, water, air conditioning);
- wi-fi internet connection;
- for stays longer than 5 nights a COMPLETE change and cleaning of the apartment is included (EVERY 5 NIGHTS) TO AGREE;
- for stays longer than two weeks, a deposit is required to guarantee the objects inside the apartment that will be returned at the end of the stay.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- possibility of covered indoor parking while seats last;
- possibility, in the two-room apartments, to have single beds in addition where possible;
- transfer services to and from Malpensa, if they are booked, are included in the price of the stay.
EXTRA:
- any extra cleaning: € 30.00 (includes the change of all the apartment linen);
- each change of sheets and extra towels: € 8.00 per person.
